As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide direct support to our insurance advisors, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to online inquiries, and gathering necessary customer information. In this role, a strong knowledge of the insurance plans brokered by Alliance Income is essential to effectively assist our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.





• Resolve issues related to our online insurance portal and guide customers through troubleshooting or account management processes.





• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and resolutions are documented.





• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.





• Stay informed about our product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.





• Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.





• Deliver personalized support to build long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the Insurance industry.





• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.





• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.





• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.





• Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.





• A team player with a customer-first attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
