Another way to submit and keep track of your group insurance claims is to download and install the iA Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, enter your iA Financial Group login info to access all the tools that the iA Mobile app has to offer. 

An advantage the app has over other forms of filing is its ability to double as your insurance card. When you visit your dentist’s office or pharmacy, you can use your health insurance card to deduct your total amount due automatically, in most cases. 

You’ll also gain access to a comprehensive list of participating medical providers that can submit claims on your behalf as well as WebRx. This tool estimates your future reimbursement for all your prescription drug purchases. Plus, submitting receipts and documents can be done simply by taking and uploading photos of them straight from your smartphone or tablet.
