How to Register and Log In to Your Manulife Group Benefits Online Account

Whether you’re accessing Manulife Group Benefits online or through the mobile app, register and log into your account by following the steps below:

Through the Manulife Group Benefits Website

1. To register, access Manulife’s secure plan member site, fill out the form and submit it.
   Note: You’ll need your plan contract and member certificate numbers, which are available on your benefits card.)
2. Next, go to the Manulife Group Benefits login page and use the password you created during the registration process.

Through the Manulife Group Benefits Mobile App

1. Download the Manulife mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Register directly on the app or log in using the password you created by registering on the Manulife website.
3. Click on the app’s Manulife Group Benefits login to access your account.
