How to Register and Log In to Your Desjardins Group Benefits Online Account

To create your Desjardins account, you’ll need your:

• Plan number (also called group or contract number)
• Member ID (also called certificate number)

You can find this information on your benefits card. Then follow the steps below to create an account and login through the Desjardins website or mobile app.

Through the Desjardins Group Benefits Website

1. Click on the Register Now button on the login page.
2. Fill in the form and submit.
3. Go to the Desjardins Group Benefits login page to access your account with the user name and password you created in the registration process.

Through the Desjardins Group Benefits Mobile App

1. Download the Desjardins Claim 360 mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and click “Sign up!”
3. Fill in the form and submit.
4. Go to the Desjardins Group Benefits login on the app using the username and password you created during registration.

Once you’re registered, you can access your account through your League Wallet:

1. Log into your Desjardins League account and click “Wallet.”
2. Select a Desjardins benefit.
3. Click “Submit a claim to Desjardins” to be redirected to the Desjardins plan site.
